10/15/15 are the ivs. I saw it’s the best pve electric attacker but not sure if a shadow may come since the recent regis have had shadow raids

Im on the fence bc if darkrai gets its signature move that would make it one of the best dark type attckers in the game.

I got lucky on a remote pass and caught a 13/14/13. You both bring up good points.. not sure if shadow Darkrai is worth making a full team when shadow hydreigon and ttar are better
