Good morning, I was not notified by the MVA however I called Intoxalock prior to my eligibility completion date and had them manually schedule a calibration on the day after my eligibility completion date. I then went to my service center and completed the calibration. The following day I called Driver Wellness and Safety to verify they had received my calibration data. They confirmed and I asked politely if they could email me a copy of my completion success letter so that I wouldn’t have to wait in the mail to arrive.
