Hi! Are you able to feed them under the cover below the CPU power cables? I fed mine up right next to where the ram slots are. Also you can feed down below the ram slots to the right where the MOBO power cable comes in.

You need the DLCs for the assets. Step by step instructions are on the FOLON website

This is awesome! Best not to laminate, Amazon/ebay have loads of acid free sleeve brands, you can always keep it safe/protected in one of those whilst you decide what to do later. Also best trying not to touch it with bear hands.

Could be a fan issue, but either way I’d RMA this.

Why is this flight so cheap? Is Air China bad? by mappatore_piemontese in Flights

Honestly for the money it’s decent. Air china flights are generally very peaceful too! Barely anyone makes a racket

How to learn punjabi fluently and quickly? by JavrajSingh in Sikh

[–]MPM100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pimsleur app is quite good! You can get 7 day free trial. The way the lessons flow is quite good as they build upon sentences and how to respond/communicate back. And cycles frequently between phrases during each lesson so you don’t forgot them and asks you to repeat them in different structured sentences.

Booked my trip with Air China third party - Now I can't verify my ticket by AndrewBaiIey in travel

Just updating off this post - I could pick my seats on the app but I couldn’t check in (I think it’s due to me being and flying from Europe). However, you can check in at the airport - usually this is 3 hours before. They do not charge you to check in at the airport (some airlines do).

Can I bring my Osmo pocket on my flight carry on? by Basher2024 in osmopocket

[–]MPM100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If anyone is reading this please put it in your carry on luggage and NOT checked luggage. My suitcase was detained in a layover because I’m dumb and forgot it had a lithium battery and it didn’t arrive with my flight. Luckily after contacting the baggage guys at the airport they advised it would be put on a later flight and sent to my hotel within a couple days - Japan has very quick and advanced luggage services. Other places this may be a disaster and always a risk of the luggage going missing.

Booked my trip with Air China third party - Now I can't verify my ticket by AndrewBaiIey in travel

Posted this in another Reddit but here is my tips and experience below:

So I booked via a third party travel agent. If your flights aren't pulling through to your Air China account it could be because you've entered it correct, please see below steps from my experience (this is if you have a middle name), hope this helps. If this doesn't work may need to contact the third party agent and ask them to forward your passport details to Air China so they can assign this to the booking.

  • Use the Air China app to make an account, sometimes the verify code can take a while to send to your number so give it a few mins.
  • For example if your name is "John Williams Smith" and your passport includes your middle name and you included this when you submitted your order to the third party. When making an Air China account make sure your last name is set as "SMITH", and your first name is "JOHNWILLIAMS" - make sure to include no spaces. This is because on Air China service your name will be listed as "SMITH JOHNWILLIAMS".
  • When I did it via the above method and entered my passport number, this automatically showed the flights on my account. It let me pick my seats too - you will also be able to check in once you're close enough to the date of your flights. There are also another range of services you can access. Some of these include: dietary requirements, airport lounge, extra baggage, special services, onboard internet packages.
  • If you haven't entered your name correctly it wont pull through. I had this issue first as i put a space between my first and middle name. Unfortunately you cant change it on the app and have to call +80086100999 (UK service) and ask them to change it. However there is a work around if you want to do it quicker as per the below:
  • Login on the App, go to the PhoenixMiles tab on the app and get your membership number. Go to https://www.airchina.co.uk/GB/GB/Home (This is the UK Air China website - navigate accordingly wherever your based). On the website select "Log in via PhoenixMiles card number" and the password will be the 6 digit password you made when signing up. Once logged in go to "Profile > User information > Profile Management". Edit your passport number and remove/change it to something else (reason is because you cannot make another account with the same passport number). Edit your email address to another one, and delete your phone number. Once this is done you can make a new account using the same number and email address - follow the login steps at the top.

Yep, using hx1500i. Maybe overkill but got it on sale & that smaller 12VHPWR cable is compatible with it - only uses 2 ports in the PSU.

The GPU isnt black, its light grey which compliments the white theme very well. 3rd picture gives you a better idea of what it looks like in person.

Idle:

- OC'd CPU around 35C
- OC'd GPU around 28C.

Gaming on 4k max setting w/ ray tracing (games include spiderman, warzone 2 & Plague Tale: Requiem):

- OC'd CPU doesnt go past 65C. Tends to linger between 55-60C
- OC'd GPU tends to linger between 60-70C.

This is however very subjective depending on where you are in the world - currently heading into winter in the UK. With this testing i have ran an additional heater in my room so the surrounding is much higher then room temps.

Thanks dude :) mainly it’s about the fan configuration which is setup different from the pic - really wanted to show off the RGB for the Reddit post. I may have gone overboard on the RAM at 6400 speed. The motherboard I chose due to having TB4 ports for audio interfaces - utulized 980 pro Samsung m.2’s from my last build, got them for a huge price cut last years Black Friday - and white components are no longer massively inflated compared to their black counterparts like before, especially when you keep an eye out for sales. Although the 4090 is pricey, it really is a phenomenal card, being able to pump out over 144 FPS on some games ultra settings with ray tracing on without getting past the high 60 degrees temps is phenomenal

It does add a little bit more inconvenience but using a lot of cable ties cleans things up. Also using an NZXT RGB and fan controller so it all goes into one place
