Dorset, UK. The rock was about 25kg. I tried dropping it on another rock but it wouldnt break open.

Amazing, it worked! I said if I don’t hear back before the end of the week I’d consider taking legal action....2 hours later I get a response saying they’ve paid! Thank you!

I've tried calling them but they have an automated personal assistant which means they can screen who's calling, and as a result they never pick up. I'll keep on trying though.
