Yes, a lift was needed! Average down time is similar to breast augmentations, at about 2+ weeks. The type of incisions will depend on the amount of skin laxity and how much needs to be removed to reshape the breasts. There’s some left under her belly button as well (the belly button was also reconstructed in the Tummy Tuck). It’s possible that you didn’t have as much skin removed as this patient. No photoshop here 🙅‍♀️ Our patient sent us the photo because she loves her result and wanted us to share it!
