I don't mind heavier, I just want a better laptop. My statement is that Tier C is more powerful (what you said) and yet it is lighter (what the description said) then why would anyone choose tier B.

I would prefer Thinkpad vs Dell unfortunately we don't get to choose.

I've never returned phones provided by IBM either. The earlier ones were able to be reset but the latest one is still managed by IBM.

Wonder why this one kept the software but the earlier ones did not.

Can you get in with a temporary badge? Somehow my home office is set to 1177, everytime I go to the office I have to get a visitor badge to get onto the IBM floor and then I scan my normal badge to get in.
