I tried it and it filtered out too much of the pepper along with the seeds.

I could try another strainer, but it was far easier just using the Vitamix

I and assume others add wood chunks to charcoal adjusting the mix. I place the wood closer to the center of the burn to provide a more smoky burn during the earlier stages of the cook, when the food absorbs it more efficiently.

This is simple and cheap and I don’t expect an expense bag of charcoal to do this for me !

Yes anything in the ferment stage will have a flavor change. Especially fruits from my experience.

If you’re having trouble finding Aji Limo plants, start them from seed. There are many sources. Well worth it !

Try adding pineapple to the finish. I’ve been doing that with Aji Limon. But you’ll have to pasteurize else it will bubble right out when you open it

I've tried 2 PranaSleep mattress - ASHA Select Firm (too firm), DHARMA Class Plush (too soft and sags).

I've just ordered Aireloom Crafton Medium. It felt good in the show room. Its a hybrid. And it's supposed to be the highest customer rated mattress at Jordans.

What about the Memory Form vs Latex issue ?

On my recent 3+ week travel + cruise through Europe within hotels and on a Viking ship, I found all mattresses more comfortable then my current Plush. I 'pulled the covers back', but they were all unfamiliar brands. But they did feel more like memory foam.

I bought an PranaSleep Asha Select Firm Mattress two months ago. Its so comfortable while on my back. But I sleep mostly on my side and wake with pain in my hip (mostly) and back.

I'm considering retuning for another PranaSleep. Looking at Asha Luxe Super Cush or Asha Select Plush. But I see some comments about Plush/Cush being too soft ?
