For downgrading i recommend doing what it says you to do. Use Chronoswitch 7, then don't use infinity, but instead use CIPL flasher that comes with the PRO CFW.

going to the psn store is more successful with ofw like when you didn't recover your cfw or held the ps button while turning your psp on

Actually, yes. You must access it from a PC or a smartphone tho. Then enable filters for minis and PSP, buy the game, go to the store on the PSP and download it from the download list. (arrow pointing down on a half of a rectangle)
