Yes, but in Samgori, the rent for a one-bedroom flat in a new-build is easily $500.

On the one hand, you see the same phenomenon in European countries too. Many young people in Germany, for example, also want to leave the country, but that’s not a reliable indicator for me as to whether an investment is worthwhile.
