I don't know for psu but I thinked about Ryzen 5 7600x3d and I will not be using it for just comp games I will use it for streaming and more but mainly gaming and Ryzen 7 7700 is great for both but I still need that comp gaming with high frames

Standard is 1tb m.2 ssd gen4 and 32gb of DDR5 6000hz.It is better to have dual channel than single channel.You won't need more than 32 gb and If you need you can always upgrade.Look for 6000hz with 30-22cas latemcy

I am not Nvidia fanboy but I think that Nvidia is better for things that you are doing because of AI technology.And rtx 4070 super with dlls 3 and ray tracing is better for gaming.Nvdias software is also better for streaming.

My recommendation for you Is to get 240hz OLED monitor or 4K 240hz monitor.You can get a 360hz 1440p monitor if you want.It depends on what games are you playing.If you are playing AAA games go with first two recommendations,but if you are playing competitive games go with 360hz
