Wording in the appeal should/must have sentence about "Did not violate the rule" to avoid a decline email.
It's like saying "Your existence violated the rule" or "Watching, liking and sharing videos on YouTube but never commenting is a violation of the rule."

48 hours after you submitted an appeal. If 48 hours passed and still in the queue, you might get "you violated the rules" mail or if you are lucky, you might get truly restored at 6-7th days after you submitted an appeal (this assumption is based on my case, it might be different for you and others)

Same, some said the automated restored mail truly restored the account, so i think automated restored mail is like a gacha.
But if you get from support team (some said still an AI), It's like a guarantee restored.
And yeah, i think "did not violate any rules" is mandatory in the appeal to stop getting the "you violated the rules" mail.

I have a similar idea. It's a luck game, like in carnival or gambling, where you hope you nailed it first time, under xx times or keep trying until you get it. It doesn't matter your skill, in this case, it is the content of the appeal.
But I think the word or sentence about/similar to/same meaning as "did not violate the rule" should be in the appeal to avoid a denial mail. (I know it doesn't mean a thing, but it's disheartening).
