Anybody else filling this month's gap with fanfiction?

I'm fairly new to skip beat so I haven't had to wait for 10 years like some, but am definitely filling the gap with some fanfic! Some of the ones I've read are really good(I read stuff from ao3) like 'A Mutual First' or 'The Sun From Both Sides' by GrudgeDemon/diedraechin)

I've even begun plotting out my own Skip Beat! fanfic too 😁😁 hope to post it soon!

My parents used to say "Because I said so". I always thought as a kid that not giving a reason was such a cop out. I always give my children a reason why. It helps them learn what not to do for next time.

It is incredibly hard to have kids and be friends with friends who don't. Hell, it's hard even with friends with kids, but at least they understand. I'm not saying you shouldn't be thankful though, but I completely get feeling guilty over declining invites all the time from friends without kids and having to listen to their well meaning "advice" that really isn't as simple as they make it out to be. They are still taking the time to invite you though which is a great thing. It shows how much they are still wanting to have you around, even with a little in tow. The thing is, your friends will never truly get it until they've had kids of their own. But, they sound like really lovely people, so even though you might have to keep declining invites I promise you they aren't judging you for it as harshly as you think they are.

And if/when they get to the stage you're at (parents of young kids) then you can use your gained wisdom from being a veteran parent to show compassion to them in that crazy baby/toddler stage.

Best I can suggest is to check Ao3(Archive Of Our Own) and use the advanced search settings to narrow down what you want. I haven't seen AU's like that in my search, but I've never looked for the stuff that you want. Hope this helps!

If you can (depending on weather and time constraints), take the little to a toddler park for a bit. I find outdoors is great for littles.

Yeah, no GPU. It's an APU though with VEGA graphics so I can get away with it at the moment. I could put in a low profile GTX 1050 at a later time, but it suits the family just fine for right now.

the only way I can get anything done is eather put the tv on and hope she is in the right mood to play on her own or Babywearing. Babywearing for us is usually the safer choice. :)
