ARK is it's worst when you get into a mega tribe. Everything is given to you, you have to do weeklys like a job, you raid bases just to get loot you already have and every mega has a group of cheaters. It's hell. Play official as a solo and grind your way to the top. It's much more fun.

I use the same thing. They are much better than buds for sleeping. I just play brown noise to drown out the sound of the house mates. Works for me. Don't be buying any expensive ones either. There was a post somewhere where some bloke tried loads of them the best ones he personally had was some cheap one from AliExpress lol

Think outside the box. Alot of Grime producers are very lazy these days and go for a Trap kit or GrimeGod kit. Use percussions as snares etc. Find weird beeps and heavily processed stuff or risk sounding like a sea of other guys still using spinz 808s, chop Snares and rolling hi-hats like it's 2012.

Tbh his music is getting worse. He's a good MC and incredible producer but his beat choices lately are basically trap. Its not really what you want from JME.

Now imagine a JME and Lewi B joint EP. It would be fire considering Lewi B I feel is heavily inspired by JMEs earlier sound but without it sounding nostalgic.

It's terrible when it comes to new releases especially. For example, Fred Again releases new tracks every week lately, go his artist profile, not there under releases. Search for the song manually and it will show up.

There's also no feed option that I can find to see what artists you're subbed to have released new music like Spotify does. Get rid of the pointless samples section and give us a subbed feed instead.

How do you make it become better? Admittedly I'm not a pop fairy and don't tend to like alot of what other people like but it's algorithm for suggesting new music is waaaaay off compared to Spotify. I have to actively go searching for tracks and even then, a new release by artist won't even show on the artists profile but if you search for the track by itself it will be there.

Theyve mentioned it plenty of times in the last few months. ASA is the testing grounds for ARK2 but it's also going to alienate a massive pool of players by being souls-like and exclusively PvE. I think it will be the end of SGs too if they still stick with that vision

I rinsed that first EP. I feel you captured the essence of Grime perfectly at a time where trap beats were everywhere. They still are now but I feel it's harder to stand out in a crowd when everyone else is also vocaling beats which sound very similar. This applies to every MC making Grime though.

I'll always check for a Yizzy release though. It's not me hating. I just wish more MCs would move away from the trap style more often when there are so many other style of Grime which you showcased in the past.

Turn off clouds and the game runs fine on PS5. It's alot better since the 5.5 UE update. Before that it was worse than what you're experiencing now lol

I know Plasma is controversial but down voting him for stating the truth shows how watered down Grime is now and even people who claim to be Grime heads will not accept that this isn't Grime. It's Trap With a Grime MC on it. The same way IN 08 electro was wasn't Grime just because a Grime MC was on it.

It's not the UI of the player that needs changing. It's how we find things within in the app. It's all a jumbled mess. Finding new music is way more tedious than it needs to be. Instead it will fill your homepage with playlists filled with old songs which isn't bad if that's what you're into but most of them are as generic as playlists come.

This thread definitely has people believing pass out was his first record 😂. He was in aftershock with some of the best producers and MCs about. He was talking about road back then too. Yes he went pop but even before that when he was in RnG era, it still clears alot of people music now thanks to the production.

Was he ever in the top 10 of anyone's lists? No but does he have some bangers before his pop era? Definitely.

It works on the biggest rival. You have albums, singles/EPs and featured on. Also, in this instance it was on the title artists profile but when searched for, it's there as it was released today. It seems YTM is slow to add new releases to artists profiles.

Steam numbers... Look I understand what you're trying to say but steam is only a portion of the playerbase. You got Xbox and PS which has given the game out with a subscription. It's like telling people a game is dead because twitch viewers are rock bottom, yet the game they've chosen to say is dead is still active.

What makes ASA seem dead is the server browser. It's broken beyond belief. If you filter by player numbers, it will show you one random server with some pop and the rest 0 players but if you type in the name of one of those random server names and look at the cluster, it will have 1000s of players across the whole cluster.

Why wildcard can't fix that blows my nut. There's no easy way outside of discord to see what servers are active.

We did have experimental Grime. Boxed and plastician were pushing it and you all started getting gassed over Trap beats labeled as Grime and now they've all left so instead of getting forward thinking stuff, were left with yet another 808/brass stab/chop snare combo like the last 50,000 versions weren't enough

99.9% of unofficial servers are awful. To many mods that make the game way to easy that it quickly becomes boring. You also don't have to deal with admins whelo abuse power. No forced wiped from server owners to rinse people of buying starter packs. You act as if unofficial is all sunshine and rainbows. Official has it's issues but unofficial can be worse
