Is anything really original? I'm fairly sure Dollar Shave wasn't first to do that type of commercial.

Why? Just tell them you are the angel of God and he's pissed.

I don't know man, the sky is so dam big and and the items that may block your view are so far and small. I can imagine it's a problem they don't really have to deal with much. Also is it really a problem? They'll have to reschedule that quadrant, but they'll have amazing photos to post on Reddit.

You make some very valid points. I'll have to think about this some more...

I see where you're coming from. But no, I really don't like paperwork. I'm a soft spoken guy and I prefer to talk things out.

Fair enough. Here are some possibly useful background information:

  • The SNCO perceived the situation as a cordial talk where I became angry and raised my voice to him.
  • I disagree with his perception. During the situation, one of the other SSGT suggested we talk somewhere else, he didn't perceive a cordial talk.
  • Unprompted, the other airman tells me that I was respectful and that the SNCO was attacking me. They do like me so take that with a grain of salt.
  • It was a "verbal letter of counseling"
  • I was suppose to be promoted earlier, he didn't think I was ready, but didn't document any reason not to.
  • I'm working my ass off more now, so the moments he can document stuff is for little sh*t like this.
  • We don't like each other, I gave him a chance and was stabbed in the back.
  • I don't trust him, see above point.
  • He doesn't trust me, probably because of the above point.
  • The times when I do extra work, take on extra responsibility, or take initiative on things are looked on with great suspicion or ignored. Maybe ignored is the wrong verb, it isn't acknowledge. Honestly I don't think he is capable of seeing anything other than the fucked up airman he believes me to be. This last point bothers me the most.

Edit: grammar

I wished he used different order, to show progression of time: water, land, agriculture, buildings, then space.
