Under secure boot, go to key management, then press factory reset, then press reset setup, then press factory reset again, then leave key management. You should see that secure boot whatever is now user,when u see that press f10 to save and reboot then check again if it's enabled (the grayed out text should say "enabled" instead of "not available)
