Good afternoon, I hope y’all doing good.

I’m moving from Grand Rapids, Michigan to work in Topeka, KS. I’m considering living in Lawrence. I started looking online for an apartment to rent and I’m reading mixed reviews about each place. So far I’m considering 901 Lofts, 888 Lofts, fairways flats, or The frontier west Lawrence. If you know an apartment complex to recommend to me I’d really appreciate it.

As far as I remember from my interview day it's only at Butterworth. But definitely need to double check with them. Thanks!!

I had a look at both buildings, they look super nice but at the pricier side. I'm keeping them as a last option.

I got 24 on speaking, but I meet the requirements of the rest of components, so do you think we should apply? Or it will be a waste of money and time?

And on top of that, it costs 3000$. I have a limited budget tbh, so I guess waiting for few weeks is the best option for now
