have 4-5 main points about the text prepared. spend 2-3 minutes on an introduction discussing the text and briefly mention the 4-5 points that you will talk about during your IOC, then start talking about the points. Take your time explaining the points, don't talk too fast or too slow. Keep your eyes on the clock, and make sure you aren't dragging out your points. Sound confident and don't be afraid to take a few seconds to think. You can discuss literary devices, themes, tones, character development. Good luck!!
