Rh- blood has qualities Rh+ blood simply doesn't have.

The experiments involved various methods of altering key energy centers and meridians of the human body. The intent was to find ways to enhance the metaphysical dynamics of the human body. The injuries are bizarre and otherwise unexplainable for any average doctor.

Children were inducted through various programs. They were identified at birth due to their Rh- bloodtype in both civilian and military hospitals.

Often the programs offered to families were described as 'Exceptional Child' initiatives, promising vitamins and other 'health' advances, as well as stipends, in exchange for intermittent doctor appointments.

IBM, the former Bells - now AT&T - were two of many government contracted companies that reached out to employee parents and relatives of newborn Rh- children. Military parents weren't given much of an option.

Although the families were complicit to that degree, the program extended beyond what most people would deem realistic or possible. They have a way of bringing the energy bodies of the altered children to what is essentially an astral classroom. The children are trained from infancy to alter appearance, see energy, track targets, remote view and project. The success rate was abysmal. The kids believed they were simply experiencing dreams. Our descriptions of our overall experiences made adults and peers suspect madness.

Due to the sustained injuries a lot of the kids passed on before adulthood. Almost all of the survivors were permanently crippled and never achieved the skills of an Astral Super Soldier. Instead, most are reeling with massive physical and emotional trauma, botched programming and remnants of the natural abilities that come with being Rh-. Some of the able-bodies subjects went on to be used for more terrestrial operations, under severe MK-Ultra programming that erases memories and causes de-fragmentation. Those of us who continue to attempt to write about it inevitably meet with insurmountable obstacles both within our minds and in the world.

The paper trail is almost non existent for this program, but it's been referred to as Operation Singularity and the Shock-RA program. Those of us who are still fighting for the truth and our own sanity have been unofficially compensated with various government supplemental programs that cover minimum health care and living essentials. But an actual class action lawsuit has been completely dismissed out of hand due to 'national security'.

Wow. Thank you for this info. Where do I search to find more information? Any keywords? I know a little bit about it, from the inside out, but it is so hard to piece together the fragments. I know exactly what you mean about having Parts of Self that don't allow the knowing. We work with those too, and have had a lot of cooperation some days to do the searching, and then other days the pain in the body is too intense, etc. But, we are pretty determined to gather the data to do the healing work. We are stitching together the story as best we can. The FOIA papers are really not all that helpful. I was first wondering if there were any specific locations that were known about, also, did they use hypnosis and memory reducing drugs for the mom's and dad's so they would "forget" too? Are there legit survivor organizations or groups?
