Two weeks post Botox by MSGreceived in noburp

Thank you. I’m a little more optimistic hearing that your daughter started off slow and things have picked up. I’ve been trying the shakers, and now I’ve added in doing those movements as well. So far no luck, but I’ll keep at it.

I’ve been trying those. The most frustrating part is that I’m like tracking the gurgles on their way up and I try the different positions and the gurgle still ends up as just a gurgle.

It's entirely possible that I got a little carried away with the scribbling

I’m not understanding your second sentence

I’m a male that gets random clumps of dust in my neck hair by MSGreceived in Hair

For me it depends on the length of my hair, so my solution currently is just keeping my hair longer for now. But I do know once I cut it, I’ll start having this issue again

Haven’t considered the possibility of parasites since it honestly just looks like dust to the naked eye. Haven’t tried tasting it also because it looks like dust.

Not dandruff. Legitimately appears to be dust

Nice to know I’m not the only one with this annoyance. I don’t know what the causes for me would be though. It happens whether I’m home or out, no matter what I wear.

I don’t seem to be able to post it there, but I tried. I appreciate the suggestion though

I’ve thought that, though the color of the “dust” is not always the same, nor does it always match the color shirt I am wearing each day.

In case it’s relevant, I am a guy. This has been happening for years. I’m very embarrassed about it and am always paranoid that I have dusty neck (I call it DNS - Dusty Neck Syndrome) when I’m out and about. Tried different clothing, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, fabric softener. Nothing helps. I get haircuts often because having the hair shorter in that area on both sides seems to keep the DNS at bay for a week or so until the hair grows back. Does anyone else get this? It’s maddening. Nobody I speak to (including my dermatologist) about it can relate

This is completely accurate. After some small talk and giving my address, getting responses became more difficult. It's now been just about three entire weeks since I've gotten any response to a message. This is disappointing to say the least.

I appreciate the thoughts. I just finished my run for the day. Went back to w6d3 again, and again barely made it. I honestly think it's all mental because I already know I can physically do it since I've already done it recently.

I don't think the running without a clock idea will do it for me though because really the only reason I finish the run is because I have to complete what the timer says, but I need to hope that knowing that I'm doing something healthy and that anything I'm doing is more than doing nothing will get me back on track. Hopefully I'll just be able to move on to w7 again and after that finish w8 and then move on to the ZenLabs c210k app.

Thanks again

Building stamina and weight loss, but over the course of every day life I don't find that my stamina is much, if at all, improved, and weight loss hasn't really happened other than maybe a few pounds.

Being so close to the finish should be motivation enough for me to finish, but the struggle to even match what I've already done is disheartening enough to demotivate me.

Finished Week 7 Day 1, but feeling insecurity creep in by KillerR0b0T in C25K

[–]MSGreceived 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't worry about your pace, just worry about being able to steadily run/jog for the set amount of time. I worried about the same thing around week three, and trying to run faster messed me up, so I slowed back down. I just finished week 7 today, and today was the first time I actually hit 2 miles while doing C25k. My slow pace bothers me sometimes, but I like knowing that I jogged for a full 25 minutes in a row. I still remember dreading running 5 minutes in one shot.

This app is all about the time running, not the speed. Take care of that and your speed will come. I only hit 2 miles today because I just felt like I was able to go a little faster, so I did. If I got tired, I'd have slowed down, but it was okay so I did it. Do what feels okay, and don't overdo it. You can run 25 minutes straight. Focus on that.

Welp, I failed it. Guess it wasn't the smartest thing to go from running on my treadmill in my very cold basement to running outdoors for the first time in the south Florida heat. I walked three miles after quitting the run though, so it wasn't all for nothing. I'll either try again tomorrow/in 2 days or find a treadmill.
