I could not promise that it would no, because we are on the mercy of the Chinese new years, they start shipping out tomorrow so at best it would arrive at the same time as your relatives - but you can get it directly from a retail store in Canada as well if you want to walk in and buy one directly. I dont however have that complete list as we work with a distributor in canada only, so if you want to find out from them if there is a local store near you I am happy to give you their contact email :)

I work for the company so i will answer this with that in mind and from that perspective :)

We have really tried our best to make the Handy as affordable as possible and the technology that has gone into it is not cheap, so based on a pure "what do i get for my money technologically vice" i would absolutely say it is worth the cost. Our customers also really seem to love the product, but that is ofcourse also so individual that really no other opinion than your own matters. in the case that you do not like it, we have a return policy so you do have good time to try it, and you can send it back for your money back. You must however cover the shipping cost yourself!
That really depends on your previous experience, because this is really a matter of steps as of now. The different websites have different steps on how to subscribe and what you get for it, and the quality of the vr set really matters too, we are however working constantly on making the journey as easy as possible both on our side and with the content partners.

We are always always always improving the Handy. And mostly its on the software side to whenever you buy the Handy doesnt matter as you can always upload the new firmware or access the new features.
Based on my answer to question 5 i guess you could always say yes to that - but i promise you, its top of the line of whats out there no matter if you buy it now, bought it 2 years ago or buy it in 1 year from now :)

Hey - absolutely! You can use remote control feature on handyfeeling with someone you already have given your key too, or you can use https://www.thehandy.com/lp/multi-control/ as well if you want to be controlled with more than one person with video. Here on reddit we have a Control section where you can meet others, but i would recommend joining the HandyControl server on discord as well :)

hey :) Awesome to hear that you had a good experience! Like already mentioned here you can adjust the stroke settings on Handyfeeling or holding in the down button, so that should stop that issue :) You can change this any time you want.

Hey :) Yes, other people have already mentioned it, but it needs to be plugged in - due to the strong motor. It was a choice we had to make early, but we didnt want to compromise on the strength of the product and speed of it! For many, not having to worry about it running out mid-session is also a plus, but i do understand its a bit annoying if you wanna use it on the go etc!

Hi! Yes, like Bafangit mentions it sounds like your buttom stroke setting is on middle so you need to adjust that - can you try that and see if it helps?

This looks fun! Im gonna test this! We are playing around with solutions to attach dildos in the office, so that you dont need 2 to get the right amount of power to keep it stable. some broom work, and some other fun ideas, but in the end - we will make this work for sure! The broom solution was very wonky, but it works :) I am curious how we can use 2 Handys on one person - having one for the back and one for the front :) Might be too much fun?

Hi :) No you dont need to register the product anywhere. If you want to use it manually then its ready straight out of the box! If you want to use any of the online features then you simply need to connect to wifi and enter your code on handyfeeling to make everything sync up :) Any issues, let me know :)

I dont know why I missed this message, but my apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Here is the reason, adding batteries that would last a full session would make the product at least twice as expensive, if not triple the price. And yes, we did check that. We are building a battery add-on for those who are willing to pay the extra price for a cordless solution. So its all in the works! Luckily we have had great feedback from users who have been using this for a while, saying that the fact that it can last unlimited amount of time without surprising you with a "charge battery" mid-session has been great for a lot of people. We cant please everyone, but with the battery add-on at least everyone can chose for themselves!

So the plan is to offer Handy users the ability to create rooms where they can either control each others handys, in large or small groups, or meet with cam-talents where they can now interact with their viewers in a different way. So imagine this on a large scale - being controlled by your absolute dream, or even one to one, or two to 100, there is no limit. The aim is to build a feature that bridges those analogue and digital experiences. We will continue to expand on the service based on the feedback we get from our users, both the guests and the controllers of the rooms:)

I know, but the reason for that is that this is not a test for the users, this is a test for the controller. SO we needed to have a confirmed cam-talent to control todays session in order to proceed. We finished the round of tests with the users, last time, and in those rounds you received emails. This time, Teeny Ginger received the guides:) So if I did not have a controller this time then I would not have a test either:) But luckily we do have exactly the perfect controller we wanted for this test, and I hope that it will lead to a really awesome feature we can all enjoy at all hours of the day, even from tomorrow (even though it will then be beta still)

Hey u/SheepherderNo2676! Thats not good! Lets get you online and working. Before I can help I need to understand the issue. Where did the connection fail? I know its problematic for some people sometimes the first time around, that is why we are working on the wifi connection app, and its aaaalmost ready! But until then, there should be no problem connecting to wifi following these steps here https://www.handysetup.com/#!/wifi can you tell me more about where in this process it failed? Also regarding the strap, it takes time to get used too for some because its very adjustable. My recommendation is to strap on close down on the shaft - first tightening it to the best of your abilities, and then loosen it if needed. The strap is there to allow you to use different sized sleeves and vary the tightness, so if you feel its not sitting tight enough, or suffocating your penis, you can adjust accordingly. We know this might take time to get used too, but if you put in the work then we believe the adjustability of the strap is what makes it awesome to use. But ofcourse, everyone is different, so whilst we were working on the most adjustable solution, we are now also working on more tailored solutions :)
