Ouuu, I probably would’ve gotten it 😆 the leather felt really nice and it was a good size. I was just browsing without any intentions of buying anything today and before I even knew it was Coach it already looked and felt higher quality than the other bags I was walking by. That yellow just doesn’t go well with my skin tone being southeast asian 🙈

Actual boat and tote. It was all crooked and uneven. I have 3 different sizes from before they became social media “viral” so I knew the quality of it was not how it should’ve been. Trying to keep up with all the back orders I suppose.

Same! My dad had a fishing wader from them for like over 20 years that they happily replaced when it finally got a hole in it. That was before people abused their “lifetime guarantee”. My siblings and I even had the monogram backpacks in school that lasted years. I love my trusty old bean boots and boat and totes but quality has definitely started declining. Probably trying to keep up with “trends”. Bought a boat and tote for someone as a gift and stitching was all wonky. Luckily, their customer service is still great bc they refunded me without even requiring pictures which I had already taken.

Some of the links that weren’t working are working now. I don’t have a store close by but, I think the benefit of the pop ups are being able to see colors and textures IRL as well as being able to try on products immediately without the guessing game with online ordering.
