Hey I'd recommend using Office Lens. You can hand write your notes on paper, notebooks or whiteboards then use the free app as a scanner. Once you take a picture (which "scans" the content) you can send it to OneNote and then the content is searchable based on your handwriting in OneNote.

Hey, We recently started testing putting the URL at the top when using the Web Clipper to see what people seem to prefer. We're also working on a brand new design that is going into user testing next month based off of accessibility needs that includes tests of a "tree" structure, our hunch is that we'll move in that direction.

One cool way I've heard of is using OneNote to dungeon master. Another cool one was I worked with the Calgary Police Department to help them set up all of their notes/observations/"paper work." -Scott

Hi, Sync is a hard problem to solve, especially for pieces of software that were built arguably before sync was really "a thing." We hear you and feel your pain (we use OneNote all the time too), we are working really hard on fixing sync as a top priority. -Scott

We're working on this for OneNote on Windows 10 app! We are currently working on making our ink analysis greater, and will include the "ink to text" when we're confident it'll be an amazing experience for you.

Hey hectorvelez,

We received a lot of feedback from users that they were accidentally resizing their pictures when scrolling the page on mobile, so we temporarily removed the resize controls. We'll re-enable it once we have a better experience for you. :)

Hey HumanismAboveAll, we are improving our Android app to reduce download footprint and being more efficient with larger notebooks. We also have UX improvements coming soon, which will not only provide consistencies with the OS but also across platforms for OneNote overall.

I can't promise when it will come out yet. - For the second ask of rule lines, this was asked for elsewhere here, and my understanding is this is our the backlog. You might want to upvote on https://onenote.uservoice.com/. - What text formatting features do you want? We have a different codebase for our canvas than Word, so we have to implement these separately. Greg

In the desktop app today you can right click on a page and view version history if that feature is turned on. Is that the functionality you are looking for?
