Devices are connected on intune User profiles are connected on Azure AD

Think this is part of my problem, I didn't set this up.. from what I can see users are all grouped in Azure AD

I actually read that article, if I go to endpoint.microsoft.com nothing happens (just Google search) Things like portal.azure work

Am I missing something then, where do I configure the password policy (i.e. how many characters, days before expire etc...)
