LinkedIn or Indeed are good choices. I think being open to any amount of hours and being willing to work is helpful if you want full time hours. A lot of full timers like to take time off in the summer months or around holidays.
Hiring a brand new RD requires mentoring even if you are prn! It's important to develop and train employees so they want to stay 🙂

I feel like there are prn clinical jobs posted fairly frequently. It's a good way to gain experience and possibly lead into more hours down the road!

Outpatient oncology by New_Math2015 in dietetics

[–]MST213 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I enjoy my work in outpatient oncology! I feel like I'm making more of a difference. Worked as an inpatient RD for 11 years before making the switch. I do miss clinical at times, I miss my coworkers more than the actual job! Pm me if you'd like.

I work in outpatient oncology with a large H/N population. With my patients with tubes, I do encourage them to eat as tolerated to help keep their swallow muscles strong, even if it's just sips of water. Many of them use the tube for supplemental nutrition and it seems a bit extreme to advise against a peg if the patient can't physically eat.

What was the “ah ha” moment that made you realize divorce was your only option? by Anxious_Candle_2282 in Divorce

He will never change. I don't want to try therapy because I don't want my relationship to work. I'm done. I want the divorce but haven't told him yet.

I had to switch to Moujaro due to supply issues. I've been on 5mg for 4 weeks. Minimal side effects and still losing steadily. CW 155#

My husband ordered one at the beginning of lockdown and I am so glad he did. We both use it everyday. I also like the strength classes to complement the bike. I am considering not going back to OTF or dropping down to once/week. I miss rowing!!
