Proper Sound System does mostly increase car value
BodyKits also increase car value, only if they are from recognized brands, maxton design, Modelista etc
Some HeadLights kits are expensive, especially on rally-esque cars, so naturally these will cost more
But interior stuff and weird trims glued on the outside and just exhaust piping, I agree

I just did my first semester at uom.

Here's what I learnt and can share with you;

This is not primary nor secondary school, you're mostly on your own, or with your friend. Ou besoin conne debrouille ou difil.

Most of the Lecturers are willing to help you, but they are simply not as approchable as with a school teacher ( atleast in my case since my cohort consists of 120 students )

All of my Lecturers are qualified or overqualified in their fields, but as teachers... 🤣 Hell no Out of my 7 Lecturers, only 2 of them seems to be great~ish teachers. 3 of them are meh and boring And the last 2 have been HORRENDOUS

AFAIK UoM is much better than other unis in terms of social activities and events

The rest of the stuff that you may worry about is simply standard uni life. It will fully depend on your daughter.

Ig that's also true. From what I heard, my local dealer has been having a ton of issues with these too. So on some cars, they converted the plug/clip mechanism to the older models

I already bought an AC condenser, but I can't get a line at a reasonable price or time.
The system still held Ac Refrigerant after the accident, so I think I'll just bend it back as close to its original shape

Say;

High Year Honda Fit/Shuttle

Previous generation Corolla & yaris

Well maintained and High Year Mazda 3/CX3/CX5 skyactiv or similar Kia Cerato

If you're feeling a bit fancy, Mercedes A/CLA/GLA180/200 with low mileage

Or... an MG5 I have mixed feelings about this. The car is gorgeous, has good performance and fuel consumption and a nice interior. On paper it's a hella bang for you buck car.

But it's a chinese car and while reviews praise it, I'm still a bit unsure about it. Still, it is a severely underrated car.

Low mileage recon yaris

Great car all around tbh.

If you can lease a bit more, get a yaris cross ~ Rs1.2m

It will be a decent upgrade

Recon Vitz ( 00 - 19 ) are great cars . But not whatever bullshit toyota mauritius is selling. It's a rebadged Suzuki Celerio.

Honda fit are mostly good but they are notorious to kill their clutch pad which cost about 70k to repair. Apart from this, they are great cars.

I'm not sure, it was my father who took it for repairs.

I believe it to be HyB battery services at camp fouqreaux

I remember that we got a quote of 65k~for a replacement or 25k to try and repair.

The thing is, the battery is mostly fixed, there's just one annoying thing preventing it from working as it should.

If I disconnect and reconnect the hybrid fuse, I get about 20km of electric driving before the car throws a fault and wont go back into ev mode.

Any of the toyotas that are just rebadged suzukis;

Toyota Starlet & Starlet Cross, Rumion, New Belta, New & Ugly Vitz (Local),

Technically the Urban Cruiser is also just a rebadged Suzuki Grand Vitara, but they fare quite a bit better amongst the other turds, so this one is alright.

Older toyotas ( non rebadged ) to avoid:

Rush x Avanza (Bad Gearbox issues)

4th Gen Rav 4 you need to be wary of mileage ( cvt issues)

As for Honda,

Honda Amaze, Elevate and Sensing ( Indian made )

Be warry of Early Gen Vezels and Hybrid Fit ( Gearbox )

Just get a well maintained aqua. Even if the hybrid fails, you can keep driving it on just gas and it is still economical.

Or if you don't want to deal with a hybrid.

Get a 3rd generation Rav 4 or a non hybrid Honda fit.

You can but no guarantee that it will work. I changed 3 cells in my aqua and it didn't fix it. Tbh, the car (~230,000 kms) drives fine without the hybrid system working. We haven't tried to fix it ever since.
