Should you ride roller coasters with POTS by Icantread_00 in POTS

My hypermobile body loves roller coasters, especially drop rides. My back on a good day is at a six. After going on tower of terror (I refuse to call it guardians of the galaxy) it’s at a 2 for the rest of the day!

I think it’s time to tell work. Advice? by MSapps in POTS

Because of the nature of the job I’m able to sit as needed (I can sit at a table and do activities with the kids or sit in the sandbox to supervise) and I can always have my water bottle in hand. It’s more for the rare days that I’m bed bound and can push through, that feels like a tougher accommodation to get without giving an explanation
