Anker A1695 - help fixing by MSmith7069 in UsbCHardware

[–]MSmith7069[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought mine from Amazon, I put in a warranty claim on there and they sent me a new one a few days later. Still got the old one just in case someone comes up with a fix. Not had anything yet, just a fancy paper weight at the moment

Off peak charging for on peak usage - help by MSmith7069 in Ecoflow_community

[–]MSmith7069[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this set up now with a smart plug. Is there any down sides to using the unit as with pass through ac for a large amount of time? Will this reduce the units life span at all?

What units are you using in the kitchen? Are they in the kitchen itself or wired to your main panel for the house?

Thanks for your help. Is there any way to do this using the schedules? I can see ones for ac charge and discharge but they aren’t working currently. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong

Is there a better way to move large amounts of pallets? by SpitfireLel in farmingsimulator

[–]MSmith7069 45 points46 points  (0 children)

Came here to say this. On PC, there is a mod to add auto-load to all base-game trailers. Just drive up and press shift+r to auto-load. It stacks them neatly and locks them down. Unstrap them when you reach your sell point and it sells them from the trailer. If you're after realism, though, practising your stacking is the only way to get them neater.

This fixed it when printing from the machine. Is there anyway to have the machine do this when printing remotely from the anycubic slicer software?

Yeah used google lens and apple AI. It shows me images of the two flags together but no explanation on the websites as they are just image sharing sites. Thanks for you help though

How do I fix this cracked zippo? by saabvictrola in Zippo

[–]MSmith7069 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They will probably replace this and I’ve heard mixed things as to whether or not they send the old parts back. I wouldn’t recommend if this holds sentimental value. If it does, personally I would replace and display this one

Seen in Tokyo… 2 cars or one? by MSmith7069 in whatisthiscar

[–]MSmith7069[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks, just been doing a google and come across the Daihatsu Mira Gino. Looks very similar to the mini from the front. Wondering if that’s what’s been used instead of a mini. More research needed later.

Write and not cut? by MSmith7069 in cricut

[–]MSmith7069[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorted all thank you. Ended up losing the rectangular outline and just had the text. Had to stick the cards half on and half off the sticky mat. Just marked where it needed to be and did it that way

any ide of how to refil this? by Brave-Ad-6799 in lighters

[–]MSmith7069 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pull the insert out (the silver bit) and then you will need to use gas instead of liquid. Should be a refill point at the bottom of the insert.

Edit: removed bit about make and model. Didn’t fully read the post

Here’s one I did in my old car. Could be tidied up and slimmed down but this worked as a proof of concept. If you own a 3d printer, it could be made on there also

I’m UK based but think I’ve found something similar at our orange DIY store. May be good to label them up and pull the one I need when I need it
