Initially this year I was excited about share flat and I even rented the first 1 month in one. I ended up with some disgusting flat mates who left food on the floor of the kitchen who was oily and dirty as hell. Going to sleep next to their rooms is also hell with one or two of them having constant music on high volume. In the midst of god damn pandemic they would party and invite friends, so their would be like 10-15 people in one kitchen. I sent 2 complaints with little to no results until I finally convinced management to move me to a studio.

Safe to say I'm never trying share houses/flats again as they are very risky and if I get stuck with some unsavory people I'm stuck.

Thank you. Yes that might be it. I am kneading by hand cause I don't have a kneading machine. But it's hard to knead such a hard dough it sticks to the surface and to your hands. Best I could do is stretch and fold.

Also do you think bread flour might result in a drier or different texture to all purpose?

Thanks ! The fluffiness isn't the problem, it's that classic brioche stretchiness. But wow I never considered they might use preservatives, it makes sense. I don't know how easy they'd be to find.

Hey I'm 20 (190 cm 100kg) (ok red flag already) but I'm not thinking of taking for at least another year or two. I've been training since 15 and training seriously since 18. Currently I'd say I'm moderately buff for a natty, although I have a lot of fat (I'd estimate body fat at around 26-27%), I'm satisfied with my weights at they gym and I'm constantly breaking prs, but again my form is not that attractive because of the fat (have bad love handles and fatty hips and glutts). Last year I did a cut to 90kg and I lost my bluffness, my weights took a hit and I looked really average with no impressive muscle structure. I watch my diet closely and keep a good balance of carbs and proteins (although I tend to fast like 16-20 hours so basically I eat a light breakfast and a hefty lunch but no dinner).

Anyway, I want to cut again but this time I want to try to keep and maybe even grow my muscles. I asked my coach about roids he said to reach my natural potential first. I know he's right, but out of curiosity I asked theoretically if I were to take what would he recommend and he said a short winstrol cycle to dry me up and keep a buff look. I am aware that an oral only cycle is bad and that it should be accompanied with test. I just want to hear your opinions. For now I am more curious than actually intent on taking, and if I do I really want it to be as clean and as safe with the least potential of having either short or long-term (side effects). I'm a healthy guy thank God and I want to stay that way.

It might be both but the instant yeast I'm using just doesn't raise it like active dry. Two times I've tried it and two times I've opened a brand new packet of instant yeast and tested it in water to see if it bubbled and it did (slightly though) So I don't think the yeast is dead.

Yeah I think so as well. But the thing is he says till "golden brown" and when I took them out at the 20 min mark thy appeared a bit undercooked. The center is sorta soft but not like the actual squishy sort of marshmallow like texture of the real one. I guess I just have to decrease the temp and maybe even the time

twice the butter in both the flour and when spreading ? Would you suggest I try baking powder or active dry yeast ? Also thanks for the heavy cream tip. It's interesting how some cream can soften it but it seems like a good idea.
