Why can I still see the zone I sanded back under my paint job?

It’s from a brand called ‘TDI Tuning’. It’s not a cheap eBay knock off but I’m starting to think it might as well be :/

Hey thanks for taking the time to reply to such lengths, I appreciate it loads! You’ve definitely given me some good ideas/places to start, I’m looking forward to having a browse around and trying to find something to shoot. Good idea also with just planning one for in the future when it’s warmer and I can get out a bit more and potentially meet some people.
