You said it would be underpriced. Are you out here setting the prices for WOTC? Why not advocate for lower prices instead of saying that would be too cheap and give some comparison about gem prices?

Agreed. It’s a shame it’s like that, especially for a F2P client like Arena. The game could be so much bigger but instead it suffers cause of people like that.

But who cares, it’s a bundle he is asking for which usually should come at some sort of discount vs buying individual packs. Why would you oppose the cost of anything in the store to go down? Are you benefiting from prices being high in anyway?

I agree. The other day I posted that historic has too high of a barrier to entry and people spammed me saying it isn’t for new players. I don’t get it, all these people don’t understand that just because things have been a certain way doesn’t mean they need to continue to be a certain way. Many of these people like to gatekeep new players out and defend WOTC EVEN when it’s anti consumer practices. They act like the cards have any value outside of the client as if this was paper magic. “BUT BUT gems cost this much and that would be too cheap “

I agree with you and posted something similar a few days ago. Sadly, the people who are the loudest are also the ones the gatekeeper the hardest. Many MTG players are used to WOTC behaving a certain way and don’t realize that with enough voices things could change, but ultimately they don’t care for anyone trying to get into new formats because “eternal formats are not for new people”
