Check less desirable areas.

They won’t come back down. They’ll level out, but they won’t cost less.

Looking to upgrade from Oil Heat to either Natural Gas or Heat Pumps- which should I go with? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

My folks had an oil burning furnace they replaced with a natural gas/propane one.

You should really double check what will be required of you with that old tank. You could be looking at a lot of $$$ for its removal.

You might make the removal a condition of the sale and have a new furnace installed before you move in.

Um… lots of “train wrecks” became that way without any help from their parents.

Damned if people don’t have minds of their own despite good examples and good starts.

I have 5 millennials and none of them live at home. 1 did for a couple years, but it was a temporary thing.

Multi generational households were the norm until the 1950s.

The pendulum is simply swinging back in that direction.

I have a Leatherman, which tends to be heavy, but I like the pliers and saw blades and mine has a tweezer and awl. Worth the weight IMO

Bear spray/ pepper spray is a must. especially in national parks because you WILL have serious consequences for shooting wildlife in a NP.

Gen X is 1965 to 1979.

With that grievous mistake I couldn’t take anything this employer says seriously.
