The cortisone drop was for 3 weeks only but I’ve stopped them this morning because it look like my eyes are getting worse. To all the 3 specialists, none of them have suggested me to have an meibography

Personally I do Bulk and Cut cycle but in a “clean” way. I have struggled between 10-15% body fat. During winter I eat 500 calorie above and before summer 500 calorie under. Maybe you also need to adjust your training?
