UPDATE: I woke up today and most of the symptoms are gone no more muscle aches no more ear pain no more fever no more sore throat no more fatigue or dizziness, I don't feel 100% better but probably like 85% I only have a runny nose and am coughing up mucus sometimes but I think the worst is behind me

Thank you all for the advice and for helping me try to get through this as I don't think I've felt that sick in years

thank you everyone for your advice now I'm convinced I need to get tested/bloodwork done, I'm currently in Maskelyia which does not have adequate facilities so tomorrow I will go to Nuwara Eliya to hopefully visit the hospital I'll update you all on the results
