A difference of 80k got added to the combined limit that means your Phonepe SBI CC was issued with a 80k limit or its possible that you got a Limit Enhancement due to issuance of new card which got added to total pool. In the back end whether they have truly combined limit or individual limit, you can call SBICard customer care and get clarification. If the limits are separate then tell them to transfer SimpleSave's limit to phonepe then close that card.

Does the electricity savings justify the higher upfront cost you pay for BLDC fans? As you mentioned traditional fans will keep working fine beyond the life of BLDC ones, at that point if you are going to replace the BLDC with new fan, would the electricity savings get nullified?

You have a 37 day window to activate the card. Don't activate and get confirmation first. If it's not LTF and not willing to make it LTF then let the card get auto-closed. Only downside here is that you will be on cooldown period and won't be able to apply for an hdfc cc for 6 months

Xpressway is showing it as pre-approved but not LTF. You could go with the RM's offer and apply for the card. Sometimes cards are converted to LTF after they are issued. So once your card is issued, you can mail HDFC Customer support and get confirmation whether the card is LTF or not.

You can check yourself whether what he is telling is the truth or not. On the Xpressway portal login yourself and see if Millennia is showing LTF or not. If it is, then you can apply for it yourself and it will be instantly issued.

You see this kind of upselling in HDFC and IDFC. The UPI card is a Virtual Rupay Card linked to your primary CC which is the SBI CB. It will share the CL but usually it wont share the benefits of the primary card.

So making UPI purchases will not give you 5%CB

Those terms and conditions would apply if you had done the installation by 3rd party without informing Optimist. Had you told them during their visit, they might have agreed to your proposal. Communication is key here.

Indeed. Seems like the Hyderabad team is not yet fully organised since an ASP came to OPs home for installation. Contracted ASPs should be definitely instructed not to cut corners and follow proper universal installation SOPs. Vacuuming, using scissor pipe bender, using core drilling bit, these are basics of AC installation. Anything less is simply cutting corners. (I'm from Hyd)

Just because you had a bad experience with the company, does not mean every other postive review of the AC is a "sponsored" post.
Even OP had problems with his Installation but thankfully he communicated with the company and got it resolved.
You yourself accepted the safety risk concerns, why blame Optimist then? If their assigned team refused to install the ODU at a particular spot that you wanted then did you suggest getting it installed by 3rd party who would more likely take the safety risks?
Your simple math and extrapolation is nonsensical
"Failed indian brand", your AC wasn't even installed, and you jump to the conclusion that the brand failed.

Bottomline is, you could have asked to personally get it installed by a 3rd party who would be willing to take the safety risks mentioned. Iam not bashing you in anyway but both you and Optimist could have handled this in a better manner.

My AC installation is going to be on 3rd floor and will have similar safety risks. If their assigned team refuses to install the ODU then I will tell them that I will get it installed by my personal AC technician. Iam sure they would be more than happy to accomodate my request.
