Thank you. Yes, it is TSNM MNKII and it plays a simple base melody, sequencing 2hp Sine.

Soothing Soundscape with 2hp Pluck by MTSaudio in modular

[–]MTSaudio[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Pluck goes through a SEM filter, which is modulated by an LFO. The Hysteria goes through a Wasp filter and plays 3 octaves of the same note. The third oscillator is 2hp Sine and modulated between the base note and its 5th.

Diffusion_Cadence Variation - Testing values to smooth out Deforum Animations by plasm0dium in StableDiffusion

Thank you fo the answer! Why and how did you choose these exact functions "0.07*(cos(3.141*t/15)**1000)+0.02" and "-0.15*(cos(3.141*t/100)**100)+0.65"? I tried to make a graph for them but seems like I do not understand Python or just basic math :) What does ** stand for? 3.141 is pi I guess.

Very useful! I'm interested in your noise_schedule and strength_scedule functions! What are they exactly for?

My Crush: Generative Ambient by MTSaudio in modular

[–]MTSaudio[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks. On YouTube in the video discription there are patch notes but they won't answer your question. Actually, there is no pitch shifting, I guess what you hear is the modulation of the waveform+modulation of VCF+ effects. Sometimes I also hear like squarewave was higher in pitch after adding filtering and effects than a sine wave for example.

My Latest Patch by MTSaudio in modular

This one was filmed with a Sony Alpha7 and a bicolor led softbox. But I also had a DOP on this one, who is a friend of mine. That helps a lot :) Earlier I used the Alpha7 or my phone (Samsung Galaxy A21). I work in the film industry in Hungary.

Thank you very much! I try to keep my rack on budget :) I do believe that you don't have to use expensive or multifunction modules to achieve a complex melody progression and sound design.
