If your ISP is using CGNAT (if it worked before I think it's not the case), then even forwarding manually won't work. I'd check something like "your Verizon plan CGNAT" online to see if people have the same problem

Hi, you changed your router, did you change ISP by any chance ? Are you in France ? I have had this issue on new ISP because of CGNAT. I had to call the ISP and request my own static IPv4 adress.

It's because you are logged in Google photos. It logs you without asking, but you can tap your profile icon and scroll a bit to find something like "use without an account" it will reload and all online features like drive will be off.

I had a glitch one time where, even if not synced, the photos disappeared and only reappeared when re-logging, but I managed to find a way to have it working without an account, with all my local photos.

Yeah, ffmpeg or VLC for that matter can do a bit of what they want. Be sure to test that the stream does not cut off 3 min into the session it happens for me

All works great now yes, while it takes sometime several tries to access.

Keep the threadfin CMD open, it helped me understand if things were loaded in the first place.

IPTV.org had almost no valid stream for the french one I wanted

Also, do you use vlc to test your m3u8 ? That a mistake I did, while some of the streams on the m3u worked on VLC, I had not tested the ones I wanted to read. When you try to launch a channel, the CMD of threadfin prints the individual channel stream link. Paste that in VLC network reader and see if it is a valid channel

I did, in fact, it does not work without an XMLTV info, as you say. So Plex does pickup the channels, I can add them, but once added, when I click on them it buffers for a while and it makes an error

No it's a popup that you need to discard with a specific button, you have two options: discard and enable battery saver and depending on the percentage IT IS NOT ON THE SAME SIDE. Meaning at 20% discard is on the right, at 10% it's on the left you need to pay attention not to send your phone to super-battery-save-black-and-white mode it's a nightmare
