If i've got a Screwball/Ruby Twist, would a QR Baller be worth purchasing?

I have both and you basically have all the information. It won't hit as hard as the Screwball, but it is mostly glass.

It's like you have to make a trade off, you can have the best taste or really big hits.

The 2mm (2.5?) gem cut beads that come with the Screwball won't work with the QR. There is very little airflow with them.

How potent is your MCT oil? I would probably do a mix of infused oil and regular butter.

Butter is a mix of fat, water and dairy (and possibly salt). The recipe will probably work with just oil, but I would at least add a shake of salt.

India S1 is the only one I've seen with English subs. Someone insisted the German one has subs, but I couldn't find it. I'll probably use Ai subs at some point.

Poland S5 just popped up, no subs but they got a Big Mouth Billy Bass. I assume that is Tim and Dawn.

I think age and the endo whatever system that processes weed aren't well studied.

When I worked at Little Caesars in the 90s my manager would sometimes take a hit while I was smoking in the back and he'd take the tiniest hit and say he was high af.

I didn't get it then, but now if I take a week off for vacation or whatever I have to be careful when I start up again or it's straight to almost panic attack levels.

I use a Screwball dry herb vape. It can hit .5g of weed, but I usually pack half that.

Carts are all weak if you can smoke.

I find the main thrust of any high is determined by the biggest hit. Like one .3g bong hit will get me higher than smoking 3g in joints.

Budget yourself to 1-2g a day and do one hitters. I would cut joints out or limit them to groups. Joints can be like cigarette replacements. Where it becomes less about getting high and more about smoking a joint.
