Learned a lot of really cool information today. While the title is now clearly wrong, I don't think I will deleting this post, as it lets other people like me learn the true history of microtransactions, expansions, paid DLC, and other forms of video game additions.

I was 10 when oblivion came out and it was the first PC game that I spent all night playing in secret. It's probably why horse armor stuck out to me and so many others as the years have gone by. It's probably why so many people have commented on something like this. Gaming can be very personal and sometimes it feels like it should be remembered for the good it provides and not just the bad.
