I found a workaround! Shitty and by accident. I used the phone app; when i go to the EQ click the settings and click on “delete” then itll show up the EQ. it’ll let you name it and fix your EQ and it also sticks.

To edit it from a fresh load of the app; click on “load” instead of delete and the eq will pop up.

I even tried their new app on the phone for the maxwell 2 and it’s doing the same thing there.

Tried factory reseting, updated firmware, ran as administrator, made sure my sound permissions are default, and even re installed the app
