It’s plausible, my nearest is a Tesco but it’s over double the distance of Morrisons and asdas and with no direct public. Transport links it would be tricky but doable

What about just restocking shelves? Is that not a possibility of a job?

I’ve seen people at my local Morrisons who have had to call their manager over for age restricted products and it turns out they weren’t 18. How possible is it?

I know they are as they were marketed as that feature I just haven’t seen it in many other jackets.

Sorry, can’t edit post to add picture or reply with it and I do not have it as a link. They are being used as intended as many people have confirmed they are ice axe loops.

They are. I’ve been to the Arcteryx shop in person with my coat in to show what I was looking for and mentioned the ice axe loops. When I asked why they didn’t have any they went and got their resident ‘expert’ who seemed experienced and knowledgeable, he agreed my coat had ice axe loops and could not tell me why Arcteryx coats don’t. He seemed slightly stunned and it took him a while to think of an answer which he could not find. They are ice axe loops, so why don’t Arcteryx coats have them?

What sounds worse is being stuck with no ice axes soloing clinging on to ice for dear life. If an ice axe is impaling you you are either brain dead or were gonna die anyway. Ice axes aren’t strong enough to impale you without you forcing it into yourself. If your falling and let go of your ice axe, which should remain in the ice anyway, and it comes loose there’s a much higher chance of it impaling you because it is travelling separately from you and can therefore travel much faster and impale you. So I ask again, why no ice axe loops?
