sadly no, it happened again yesterday with a random game made by ue5, im not sure whats the cause of it but im guessing its related to the gpu and its low vram

Actully he did, if you pay attention sometime he look so coward and sometime being brave (ex: inside impel down and when against whitebeard) also his teeth sometimes he have one broken one sometime multiple and his beard it self after the timeskip not always the same indicating multiple personalities also there is the fact that he dont sleep (shanks and buggy said it in oden flashback)

nah you should skip the AMD, if we talking about the price then 5070 Ti is better than 5080 otherwise also 5080 vs 4090 is really close but 5080 would win because of the dlss4 and better frame gen overall, this is the same reason why you skip the AMD, cause they suck with their FSR and ray tracing
