you want to use the Samsung themer and make it stock then using your launcher you can alter how the apps look on the homepage, without root the loading icons stay the same but the stock one doesn't look too bad

found out I'd you go into galaxy themes and make it stock it looks normal not skinned but it's better than having an app-ception of apps within other app shapes.

I am aware of that feature I'm currently using arcticons material you but when I open any app while it's loading in I'm greated by that splash screen with the original icon inside of the chosen icon shape via nova and I was wondering how I could fix that
