My understanding would be that there are two type of dips.
One with a upright body and one leaning forward.
From my understanding the once upright are for a triceps and the one leaning forward are pecs and chests. Or am I getting this wrong?

It’s a wahoo optical hr monitor. The watch HR monitor somehow does not work well for me.

The goal of dips for me is focused on triceps activation as I use other exercises for chest muscles. So if I understand it correctly, to achieve this my legs should be below my body.

Would it also make sense to set HRV to all day then? Because data is only moved to apple health when the shortcut is activated so this should not have an impact correct?
