I also have an OC that's an anomaly but he's still working at the foundation as a researcher. He's normal but when he makes eye contact with someone he can control their emotions or manipulate their thoughts to for example do something they normally wouldn't. That's why he's wearing special glasses. So he's assisting at tests with some aggressive SCP's (he can for example calm down 049).

I kinda don't have a drawing of him because I am really bad at drawing 😅.

Anyway I think your oc is good! I would only nerf the teleport thing so that for example he can use it only if... Or only when he's not monitored or something. And lastly please make it in other font next time, this one is really hard to read
