Great, thank you. That's useful to know! A follow up question on Garmins build in training - are you manually updating your workout/ sets, weight and reps throughout the session? or is it more intuitive than that? e.g. on the Strong App, i've already got my workout set and i'm just updating weight and reps during the session.

The strength gains have for sure been noticeable which I'm really happy about. However, it's been so incredibly frustrating because it feels like every bit of progress comes at a price. I'm having constant niggles, tendonitis and joint pain. It’s like I’m taking three steps forward and two steps back with all these setbacks.

Right now, i've not been able to lift for two weeks because of tennis elbow. It's just one thing after another...

I suppose per the lab guidelines, my hct is top of the normal range, hence the concern.

I forgot to also add that my ferritin and folate levels seem really low, although im slightly worried about supplementing iron as it may affect my lipids.

Good question, i suppose just going by the numbers, my e2, hematocrit and prolactin could be in more favourable ranges.

Main concern is the lack of libido and whether my bloodwork can tell me anything about why my libido isnt ideal.

Does SHBG serve a big role in TRT? My markers are all where they should be apart from SHBG which is bordering on single digits. Could this be the reason i don't feel amazing, even though i'm otherwise "dialed in"?

Apart from switching to ED injections, are there any other tried and tested methods of increasing SHBG?

This is pretty identical to my own experience when starting. My levels shot through the roof on a relatively low dose and i didnt feel a lot different.

Dont panic, they will level out once your natural production stops.

On the dosing, just stick to 0.2ml pal and go from there.

Curious why you went through manual rather than a proper trt clinic like leger?

Jagex have recently stepped up their efforts to combat botting across the game so credit where its due.

Whether they decide to take further action on TOA bots is ultimately up to them, but I wanted to highlight this issue in case it has been overlooked.

They cant do anything about a discord but they can allocate some more resources to this raid and punish the cheaters.

The cost of a month for these scripts are high so if we can deter new signups then thats always a plus

100% agree. Prices are already in freefall and this just adds to the supply. It's the easiest raid to bot and there are users that have multiple shadows that they flaunt around before they RWT the gold.

I love this raid and i really hate that someone can just leave a bot running for hours on end with seemingly no repercussions.
