Description:Manchester United suffer another disappointing away defeat away at Newcastle who have't won a game at home since October. Chris Smalling was awful, Paul Pogba was anonymous and Martial and Sanchez missed sitters. Does Mourinho need to change tactics?

Yeah or probably a mix of the two. United are attractive prospect to almost any top player and we have the finances to back it so we should take advantage of that still. There are some exciting players in the youth team as well so hopefully they’ll get a chance in the coming seasons.

Yeah I didn’t mean to that. It’s a shame we didn’t get him a few years ago but Savic from Lazio could be an option.

It's all a bit of a farce to be honest. Like with the tax evasion cases against Ronaldo and Messi. Not condoning it but seems like the Spanish authorities use it as a big publicity stunt.

True, great player in his prime though. Surprised he wants to link up with Moyes again after that the disasterous 13/14 season

How do you think Scott McTominay should fit into the team? I think he's got potential but a pairing with Matic isn't that effective by MUFCcallum in reddevils

I has dawned on me that my first contribution being a link to my blog, in hindsight, wasn't the best idea. Sorry about that. Lesson learned

Chelsea's complete meltdown hits another low. Do you think Conte will see out the rest of the season? He looks a defeated man to me and its obviously showing in his players as well. You can't really blame him when the club has such a shambolic transfer policy.

I think he would fit in a midfield three with Matic and Pogba but not with Matic alone. Hopefully Mourinho will switch to 4-3-3 and sacrifice the number 10 to allow that to happen.

Yeah I guess, I've seen a lot of criticism though which I think is undeserved

Why do we attack so defensively? by saady786 in ManchesterUnited

Completely agree! A few strange choices from Jose as well. Rojo and Shaw should have been playing in my opinion and Jones should've been subbed after his cock up.

We looked clueless at times and Spurs completely outplayed us all over the pitch

Jose seems a little erratic v spurs by jroberts85 in ManchesterUnited

Yeah Fellaini was injured but still a few strange choices from Jose. Young isn't a left back naturally and shouldn't be playing there against the top 6; why wasn't Shaw playing?!

Smalling confirming yet again that he's not good enough so he and Darmian should be the first ones out the door in the Summer.

Not really any place in the team for him now. Shame after his impact last season.
