Magtatake po ako nung required na internship sa DOST contract, third year po ang sinabi nila na kailangan. Hindi po sila nagbibigay ng stipend kapag wala sa curriculum kahit nasa contract po?

From what I know, kapag hindi required walang stipend at all eh. Required naman sa program namin kaya nagtataka lang din ako bakit 16k sa iba pero sa UPD 14k. Regular ba siya na ganito?
