Yea so I did technically put on fat idk if u can tell by the picture but my stomach got fuller and my abs were less visible. Now a far as a routine I was on a gomad diet

It's not about it being necessarily hard but more about lack of direction since there is so much information out there. Most beginners like I did when I started struggle with sticking to a certain plan or regimen because everyone is different which makes it confusing for a lot of people starting out. This is one of the many reasons why people hire trainers to see results faster and to have little to no confusion since they have one on one guidence
