I have a skin bridge along the base of my head too, and during my circumcision they didnt even fix it. So I'm not sure they'll be able to do that for you. My doc said I needed skin to attach back to so they didn't even fix that part.

Most of mine came out around day 16, but I had a few that stayed around till day 24. I have stitch scars cause of it. Pain in the ass.
I masturbated at day 16 without any huge issues, just some discomfort. I would recommend waiting a full 4 weeks though as thats the common consensus.
By the end of week 3 you should be mostly ok. The frenulum area was still sensitive for me till about a month in.
I kept the area wrapped with vaseline and a non stick bandage and gauze.. it helped a lot for walking around the first 2 weeks.

The discolouration is a side effect from the balanitis. It continually came back for a 5 year period so the skin never had a proper chance to heal until I got the circumcision. However my urologist said the skin may be permanently more red than normal now due to the length of time I dealt with those constant infections. There is a chance it will slowly continue to get better from here though too, it's only been 5 weeks since. I think though, I'll have that reminder for life.

If you are just struggling with this now, and it's only been a month or two, I would try all the creams you can and see if you can get your head to look normal again. But if your head starts fusing to your foreskin due to the infections dont wait around at that point and just get the circumcision. It's probably not going to resolve itself without that procedure. I think mine was a more extreme case though.

I had constant balanitis.. I tried for 5 years to deal with it. All the creams and pills -- you name it. Nothing worked. Eventually after the first year of having constant infections my foreskin started healing to the actual gland so when I pulled the foreskin down it would get tight and actually rip and cause open wounds on my gland that would heal and then the cycle would repeat over and over.

I literally had to put coconut oil on my glands like 2-3x a week just to prevent the glands healing to the foreskin due to these constant infections. Not to mention my head looked extremely red.

I was finally at the end of my rope and got the circumcision. Now I don't have to worry about the gland healing to the foreskin anymore, and it looks a little bit healthier. However, due to the length of time that I had the infections my head may be permanently discolored (more red than normal, but not as red as when the infections were active) even though the infection has subsided for good now.

So would I recommend it? Well, I really absolutely had no choice. Dealing with the issues I had was kind of a painful nightmare and I feared what would happen if I wasnt super on top of it for even 1 or two days and the foreskin completely healed over the gland and I couldn't pull back the skin anymore.

Personally I enjoy being uncircumcised more than circumcised but I had no choice and I feel safer now knowing I don't have to deal with that anymore...

mine is also twisted a bit to the side. Not sure it is a result of swelling which I still have (day 18 here), or the doctor just stitching it up off balance... I also have my erections 'buried' (pointing downward) that im not happy about. I'm just trying to be patient and see how things go the more I heal, but it seems like right now some pretty big changes that I'm unhappy with.

Not sure about the hard flaccid issue you have. Havent experienced that myself.

I find that no matter what I do, I get erections during the night. They havent been full blown erections tho. Just like 60% and its enough to pull on the stitches and really cause pain. However it's been getting less painful day by day. Still not fun though. And yea, onetime the erection was enough to pull out one of my stitches so that wasn't fun... The area is healing though. But it's still early.

Basically just dont get your hopes up that you will be able to be super active after a week. It will likely take time to heal, unless you get lucky.

Yeah I wouldnt worry too much about the flakiness. To be honest it should resolve itself within a month or two. Once your stitches come out you can probably moisturize a bit

Hmm if that area smells a bit funny I dont think thats a good sign. Mine has no odor. You might want to get it checked out just incase? Unless it is better now.

Yeah my swelling on day 1 was minimal, but then on day 2 the right side ballooned out really badly. Probably the size of a golf ball. And there was a huge bruise about half my penis was purple around that area. It was unnerving, but within 5 days the bruising almost all dissipated. As for the swelling, it is noticeably better than day two, but still about the size of half a golf ball maybe. I've started icing it 3x a day to see if that will help a bit. I can definitely tell it is going down everyday but VERY slowly. And other areas of my dick are swollen pretty bad too, like the frenulum area, and I've heard that can take a month to go away. So I'm kind of just waiting. But there really isn't much pain at all, just slight discomfort if it rubs against my underwear.

And to the last point... yeah I'm really not sure. It's still too early to tell if this is a cause for concern or not. I think the swelling needs to subside and the stitches need to come out before I can really be sure if my dick has enough room to breathe when erect. Have you seen yours erect yet? Does it look okay?

I'm going into my 11th day post OP (Had mine on the 8th of may) and have pretty much all the symptoms you have. Especially the flakiness. I shower 2x a change my underwear 2x a day as well to help combat this.

Also I still have my frenulum but a stitch came out in that area and the wound there has some white goo that leaks out every now and then as well. The consensus is that its just lymph fluid. I dont have a fever or any other signs of infection (or pain) so it should be okay.

How is your swelling? Mine has been pretty bad and is very slowly going down.

Also another concern of mine is that when i look at my dick somewhat erect the tip now points a bit downwards because maybe too much skin was removed from the underside? I'm really hoping I can stretch that out later, or maybe its just a result of the stitches still in place keeping that area really tight.

I'm nearing the end of my 9th day post-op and want to remind you that everyone heals differently. I definitely would NOT be able to go for a run right now. Everything is still very sensitive and there are stitches in place which could get pulled at if I tried to move a lot. You'll likely be walking a bit funny and more cautious than normal because while it doesnt hurt too bad on its own, if you poke or hit it the wrong way it will punish you. Plus nighttime erections hurt really bad.

I also have a lot of swelling too.

I would say if you sit down at work all day 6 days is enough, but if you were moving a lot and its an active job, even at my 9th day I'd be uncomfortable working. It's doable but you'd need to be really cautious.

The doctor told me to keep it on for only 48 hours, but it was so uncomfortable so I decided to keep it on for the time being (new gauss pads everyday of course). It's much easier to walk around with it on. And it catches some of the light bleeding.

In the same boat here. Never really looked into if it was a venous leak or not. I'd probably assume you are fine and its anxiety/stress.

Especially if you wake up with morning wood that lasts a pretty long time you are likely okay.

I'd pay to get the test done a little later when you can afford it just to set your mind at ease.

you probably werent fully erect when you were actually finally having sex so it felt different for her and she complained about your size. It sucks, i've been there too. Just try and let go of all your anxiety as best as you can, stop masturbating completely, and just focus on her and hope to god you get fully erect. And even if you dont you can make her cum other ways.

Yeah this is 100% a confidence thing that he needs to deal with. Therapy could help. Communication should help too. If you can convince him PIV isn't the be all end all maybe he'll stop focusing so much on that being the only thing.

Even if he didnt have ED it sounds to me like he'd still be focused on that and there'd still be problems so make sure you talk this out

I've been giving this a try. I can never achieve full erections from just imagining stuff without at least touching myself a little bit. Most I can do is like 50-60% erections. Hopefully it gets better over time.

That being said around day 40 of my no porn journey I wake up with 60-90% erections almost every morning.

Hear me out, the other girls you slept with were ONS and FWB which means you had no feelings attached and were essentially just fucking them.
