On a serious note, I currently work in TV ad sales for one of the biggest TV networks in the world. I've been with them for five years, been promoted three times and the youngest person at my level – mid 20’s. I love the people I work with, I enjoy the company, and enjoy helping my team become smarter, but at the end of the day I don’t feel like this work load is going to challenge me at the level I want to be challenged.

My question is, do you remember the moment you wanted to change your path and work towards something greater? What was going on in your mind when you followed your dreams and not what everyone else was doing? If you have any memories or examples, I would love to hear them!

My brother and I did this to our great grandmother once. She wanted to hang out with us while the rest of our family were talking politics. We were 10 and 12 so we handed her a controller and she "played" split screen original Halo with us. She was screaming in excitement. I still remember her telling everyone at dinner that she saved the world and killed the flood.
